6 June 2011. Awarding of Diplomas at the KPN Contact in Eindhoven.

At the KPN Contact Center in Eindhoven, diplomas were awarded to participants in the educational programme of World Class Agent (WCA).

HVA would like to congratulate our partners at the ROC Midden Nederland and the  KPN Contact Centers on achieving this success in their "MBO regulier" training programme. Our thanks is also extended to our Dutch and English language trainers for their enthousiastic role.
