Our MBO Business Language Training programs have been founded to facilitate the competence-based (competentiegericht) vocational education offered by reputable organizations in the Netherlands, including ROC Midden Nederland, ROC van Twente and the Opleidingen voor Detailhandel (OVD). 

 

The MBO Business Language Training programs are geared towards the development of practical part-time education for full-time young adult employees of major organizations. Set-up in the form of an apprenticeship, students (employees) are trained on-the-job as well as in the classroom on all the professional characteristics required in their career development.

 

HVA serves as a major participant in the creation, development, and administration of the individual programs. Along with our partners, HVA ensures customised programs based on education/professional requirements, corporate backgrounds, and student levels. 

 

The MBO Language Training programs focus on real-world business trainings and consist of the following elements:

 

The programs are adapted to each specific industry in which the competence-based training are offered. From retail food to the telecommunications industry, we design the programs along with our partners to ensure a relevant and realistic training experience. 

 

The E-blended Learning model is an online training centre offering students the ability to continue to study the language online during the program along with the teacher-led sessions, using specially developed programs. 

 

Our programs are currently offered for the English, Dutch, and German languages.

 

Along with teacher-led sessions, teachers communicate with students outside the program to guide them on various aspects of their learning experience in order to guarantee ample development.  Students are also able to contact the Helpdesk outside at any time for program-related as well as technical questions.
