MBO courses are completed with an exam according to the requirements of the National Qualifications of the MBO (Landelijke Kwalificaties van het MBO). This can be accomplished with a TOA test (an accredited test method compiled by the ICE bureau) or an approved examination prepared by the Kennis Centrum Handel. In both cases, the examination results will be linked to the criteria of the Common European Framework of References (CEFR).
